Overview
Boris Gautier is an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office. Boris counsels and represents employers before state and federal courts in a broad range of labor and employment matters including trade secret protection, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, employment-related torts, and wage and hour issues. Additionally, Boris represents employers in traditional labor matters including defending against unfair labor practice charges and navigating grievances and arbitrations.
Boris graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif from Georgia State University College of Law, where he earned CALI awards for excellence in Civil Procedure and Criminal Procedure. While in law school, Boris served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Frank M. Hull at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Boris also served as an associate editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. His Note, Reluctance or Apathy? Examining Georgia’s Continued Adherence to a Strict Mutuality Issue Preclusion Doctrine, was published in 2021. Boris is also a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
