
Overview
Augusta McCain represents employers in a wide range of employment and labor matters, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. She also counsels and assists employers with the development of employee handbooks and policies.
Augusta graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. While at USD Law, she was a member of the San Diego International Law Journal and the Associate Moot Court Board. She also received CALI awards in Contracts, Art Law, and Contract Drafting.
During law school, Augusta externed for the Honorable Todd W. Robinson and the Honorable Robert S. Huie in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She also worked as a law clerk in the civil division of the San Diego U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Augusta earned her B.A. in English Writing with distinction from the University of Colorado Denver. Prior to attending law school, Augusta worked as an award-winning television news reporter.
