Antoine Pitts

Antoine Pitts defends employers against a wide range of claims involving discrimination and harassment, whistleblowers, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and reasonable accommodations. Antoine also advises clients on policies, practices and compliance with the Fair Employment and Housing Act and how best to avoid future litigation.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Antoine was a senior attorney at a regional civil litigation law firm where he represented public employers, including universities, community college districts, park districts, and K-12 school districts throughout Southern California in state and federal court in all aspects of their cases.
