Overview
Annamaria Del Buono is an associate in the firm’s New Jersey office where she focuses on defending businesses against a variety of labor and employment claims, including harassment, retaliation, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Annamaria has extensive litigation and trial experience in New Jersey and federal courts, along with participating in mediation and settlement negotiations. Annamaria prioritizes assessing each case’s strengths and weaknesses while also weighing cost-benefit and risk analyses in order to achieve the most favorable result for clients.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Annamaria worked on matters pertaining to labor and employment law, commercial law, and business transactions at a full-service regional commercial law firm. She also spent more than two years as an Acting Assistant Prosecutor in the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
After law school, Annamaria served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Bradford M. Bury, J.S.C., in Somerset County.
