Overview
Ani Aslanian defends clients before state and federal venues, dispute forums, and administrative agencies in matters ranging from complex wage and hour disputes involving class and PAGA representation, to claims involving wrongful termination and discrimination. In addition to zealous advocacy, Ani proactively counsels her clients and drafts compliant company policies and procedures.
Ani defended employers as an associate with an AmLaw 100 full-service firm prior to joining Fisher Phillips. Ani’s background also includes litigation in trademark infringement, land regulations, and contractual disputes, providing her better perspective of clients industry-specific operations and unique needs.
Ani was a member of the Entertainment Law Review and a judicial clerk for the California State Bar’s Appellate Court while in law school. The California Supreme Court routinely affirmed opinions regarding attorney ethics and discipline recommendations Ani drafted on behalf of the latter.
