Overview
An associate in the San Francisco office, Alice Donahue has experience investigating a wide range of employment and workplace issues. Throughout her time working as an attorney investigator, she has independently conducted more than 50 workplace or school investigations. As a law student, she assisted in more than 35 additional investigations for schools and universities, large companies, hospitals and health care organizations, non-governmental organizations, startups, and small businesses.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Alice worked in education law when she conducted school investigations; advised clients on student and employment issues, including Title IX issues; and assisted in representing school districts in single plaintiff complaints and lawsuits. Alice also independently led a presentation to high-level school district administrators on best practices for conducting workplace or school investigations.
As a multi-lingual attorney, Alice had conducted numerous investigation interviews entirely in Spanish, which has been tremendously helpful for California employers who have large proportions of Spanish-speaking employees.
