Wendy Baker Rejoins Fisher Phillips

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Wendy Baker has rejoined the firm as Of Counsel in Los Angeles.

Wendy previously served as a partner with Fisher Phillips from 2007-2011 before assuming the role of in-house employment counsel for Education Management Corporation. And most recently she served as Vice President & General Counsel of The Arts Institutes International, LLC.

With over two decades of experience in labor and employment law, Wendy is returning to Fisher Phillips where she will be part of the advice and counsel team providing advice to employers regarding leaves of absence, wage-hour compliance, discipline/terminations, as well as additional issues that arise for employers in the workplace.  Wendy will also conduct investigations and provide trainings to employers when they need trusted counsel to deal with complicated and sensitive employee matters.    

Wendy earned her J.D. from the Pepperdine University School of Law (1999) and her B.S. from California State University, Sacramento (1994).
