The Impact of Immigration on Doing Business in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
Event
3.27.25
1:00 PM — 2:00 PM EDT
U.S. immigration is garnering a great deal of media attention for its increased focus on enforcement. This focus is both on legal and illegal immigration, but the U.S. is not alone. Canada has implemented some of its strictest immigration policies in recent history. With the threat of tariffs and changes to the USMCA, employers and employees are having to grasp the new realities of doing business across North America. While the rules may change, the importance of moving products, services, and people across our borders will remain. This panel brings together experienced attorneys from the U.S., Mexico, and Canada to provide the current state of immigration and business change, separate fact from fiction, and forecast the future.
Ryan Neely, Partner at McCrea Immigration Law will also present on this panel.
