San Diego Partner Aaron Olsen is quoted in the Daily Journal article “Patchwork Minimum Wage Ordinances Could Legally Expose Small, Medium Businesses.” In California, multiple localities enacted wage ordinances with requirements that differ across the state, creating possible compliance issues for small and mid-sized businesses. For small employers, Aaron notes that it will be harder for them unlike “large corporations [that] have robust legal compliance departments and human resource staff.”
