The award celebrates the accomplishments of black leaders in the San Diego area and their contributions and commitment to the local community.
Regina is highlighted for her 40 years of legal service, her experience in multi-district and class action litigation as well as arbitrations, her past presidency of the San Diego County Bar Association, and her current role as Partner and Chief Diversity Officer at Fisher Phillips. She is also profiled for her leadership positions in local organizations, which include serving on the board of directors of Sharp Healthcare and the Board of Directors of the San Diego Bowl Game Association where she chairs the Governance Committee.
