Recordkeeping Requirements: What OSHA's New Electronic Rule Means for Employers
Event

A long-anticipated OSHA workplace safety rule took effect on January 1, 2024, prompting changes for certain employers that need to submit work-related injury and illness data. Establishments with 100 or more employees in certain high-hazard industries are now required to electronically submit additional information to OSHA each year from their Forms 300 and 301 (along with their Form 300A summary).
Hosted by two attorneys from Fisher Phillips’ Workplace Safety Team, attendees will leave this webinar with actionable insights that can be implemented immediately to comply with the new OSHA recordkeeping rule. Attendees will also hear from Dustin Boss, co-founder of Emerge Apps, an insurance software and solutions company. Having worked in the insurance industry for nearly two decades, Dustin will share his perspective regarding effective risk management.
The firm will submit this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.
