Prepare Now for The Next Wave of Union Organizing
Event
8.11.21
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EDT
As employers continue to confront challenges brought about by the pandemic, 2021 brings the prospect of new laws, regulatory changes and key appointments of agency leaders that will impact the labor relations arena. President Biden signed Executive Orders “Protecting the Federal Workforce” and creating a task force on “Worker Organizing and Empowerment;” the House passed the PRO Act; the NLRB’s Acting General Counsel revoked numerous directives of his predecessor; and the new NLRB Chairman signaled that more pro-union changes are coming. Organized labor is expected to push for additional reforms in favor of union organizing. Join Fisher Phillips labor lawyers as they identify areas on which employers should focus their time and attention in the coming months to maintain a culture of positive employee relations. For your convenience, we are offering this webinar at three different times. Other times available: August 11, 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. CDT These courses have been submitted for HRCI/SHRM credit.
