Pittsburgh CLE Series: The Impact of Dobbs on the American Workplace

On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court issued several opinions arising from the case called Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The workplace impact of Dobbs cannot be overstated. This program will provide an analysis of the various opinions, with a focus on the legal issues certain to arise as U.S. employers consider adjustments to employee benefit programs while operating in the midst of the Great Resignation.
This program has been approved for HRCI and SHRM credit.
