HR Trend Talks: OSHA's National Heat Safety Rule
Event
8.21.24
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EST
Summer is in full swing, and OSHA is bringing the heat by issuing the first-ever national heat stress rule aimed at protecting workers from heat-related illnesses and fatalities. In Florida, HB 433, signed in April 2024, prevents local governments from requiring businesses to provide additional protections making OSHA’s heat rule even more important to follow. Join Brett Owens and guests from Fisher Phillips as they discuss these new regulations and what Florida employers need to know to stay compliant.
This event serves as a virtual networking platform for HR professionals to exchange insights and share best practices with their peers. This one-hour session features a 30-minute conversation with Fisher Phillips Partner Brett Owens and distinguished guests.
