OFCCP Releases Corporate Scheduling Announcement List

Late yesterday, the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) released its Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) in the OFCCP FOIA Library. You can find the list here. Previously, contractors were provided CSAL letters by mail, advising them of the OFCCP’s intent to conduct a compliance audit. However, as foreshadowed in recent directives, OFCCP will only be posting the CSAL in the FOIA library without mailing advanced notification to contractors. Contractors may access this large Excel spreadsheet which contains, among other things, the parent name, the establishment name, and the type of review OFCCP intends to conduct.
For the first time, the CSAL includes Section 503 Focused Reviews (as outlined in Directive 2018-04) and Compliance Checks (as outlined in Directive 2018-07). Contractors will still find compliance reviews on the CSAL as well. Additionally, OFCCP posted updates to its scheduling methodology and FAQs on CSAL and Corporate Management Compliance Evaluations. Contractors should review the CSAL to determine if their establishment(s) has been selected for a review this year. If your establishment appears on the list, consult with your Fisher Phillips attorney to determine the best path forward as you prepare for your audit.
