New Jersey Breakfast Briefing: It Could Happen to You – Managing Labor Issues in the Union and Non-Union Workplace
Event
11.08.22
9:00 AM — 10:00 AM EST
For more than six decades after its enactment, the National Labor Relations Act remains a mystery. Many employers assume that the Act does not apply to them because they do not have a unionized workforce. The law is constantly changing and the pendulum swings between pro-employer and pro-employee doctrines.
Attorneys Alba Aviles and Eliza Lloyd will provide a basic framework for New Jersey businesses that don’t have any experience with the NLRA. They will also cover what you should do if you receive an unfair labor practice charge and discuss potential changes in the law to look out for in the coming months.
If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Cameron.
