Money Matters: Pay Transparency Unveiled and Practical Approaches for Employers
Event
12.02.24
12:00 PM — 1:00 PM EST
Join members of the Fisher Phillips Pay Equity practice group for a webinar designed to provide a comprehensive update on the status of pay transparency requirements around the country.
For years, state and municipal governments have enacted rules that compel employers to disclose employee compensation information, as a tool to help reduce the pay gap between various protected classes. But the patchwork nature of these rules can be confusing and introduce risk, making it essential for employers to understand how to comply and, if necessary, to defend their pay practices effectively.
Attendees will come away prepared to adopt appropriate compensation and compliance strategies and will become familiar with the value of conducting pay equity audits on a regular basis. They will gain insight on how to effectively implement and communicate pay transparency practices, both internally and externally, to protect against legal exposure and to help close pay gaps in the workplace.
Space for this program is limited and is available on a first come, first serve basis.
