Join members of the Fisher Phillips Pay Equity practice group for a time-sensitive webinar designed to reduce risk and confusion as a critical reporting deadline in California lurks just over the horizon.
Many employers doing business in our most populous state must once again prepare and report a raft of data concerning pay practices, hours worked and employee demographics. This annual responsibility is as daunting as it is important to the state’s quest to promote pay equity and pay transparency across its workforce. And reports are due to the California Civil Rights Department by May 8th. Though noble in its intent, this reporting deadline is often a source of confusion and frustration among employers, which can distract attention from business objectives. To say nothing of the significant financial exposure associated with non-compliance.
This webinar will help employers adopt an assertive posture as they gear up for the May 8th reporting deadline. Attendees will come away with an enhanced grasp of reporting fundamentals, and a skill set that promotes compliance and peace of mind, in equal doses.
The firm will submit this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.
