In an interview with Law360, Amy Kullik discusses how her move to Fisher Phillips will help grow the reach of her practice. "I just feel that moving on to a national platform at a labor and employment firm is going to really give me more opportunities than I would have had otherwise," Amy said.
In the article, she explains a bit about her practice and that a majority of her work at Fisher Phillips will be focused on litigation, but she will also work with employers to prevent workplace disputes before they arise through the creation and implementation of best practices and policies on a range of human resources-related issues, such as sexual harassment training, workplace accommodations, and employee leave. "One of my favorite parts of my practice is partnering with companies proactively to help them manage their most important asset, which is their people," Amy said.
