Cheryl, Janet and Rich discuss the next step in the 21st-century gender revolution which is “nonbinary” status in the workplace — that is, neither male nor female and employees’ preference to be treated as such.
The attorneys discuss how many nonbinary employees there may currently be in the workforce as well as research that shows that nonbinary employees feel pressure at their jobs, hide their status in the workplace, or feel they have lost a job or have suffered some form of job bias, discrimination, or harassment due to their status.
