We will discuss the new workplace harassment guide that the DFEH, in conjunction with the California Sexual Harassment Task Force, issued for California employers on May 2, 2017, including the amended DFEH-185 brochure and poster. We will address how the new guide and documentation provided by the State can be used in employee sexual harassment trainings. Also, we will examine how employers can develop proper complaint and investigation policies and procedures that encapsulate the guidance that has just been provided by the State.
