Fourth Thursday Advanced Webinar Series: School's Out: Managing Attendance in the Summer
Event

2:00 PM — 2:30 PM CST
$35 per person
Some thirty-two million families in the United States have children under the age of 18. In 67% of these families, both parents are employed. Finding child care and activities during the summer is not nearly as easy as sending kids to school during work hours. As such, employees with children use more PTO and can have more unanticipated absences during this time. This session will discuss strategies for managing these issues with an eye toward being an employer of choice for parents while preventing the operational issues that arise during this time. The firm will submit this program for HRCI and SHRM credit. |
