Fourth Thursday Advanced Webinar Series: Holding Employees Accountable
Event
1.25.24
2:00 PM — 2:30 PM CST
There are two types of jobs: those where an employee’s productivity and output can be measured in black and white and all the others. Those others exist in every sector — and recent news stories reflect companies often do not have a good handle on what their employees are doing. For example, during the pandemic, The Wall Street Journal ran an article about employees who were holding down and remotely performing two full-time jobs in a forty-hour week. This and other novel issues that come with the modern workplace make it difficult for HR to advise on important decisions from raises to promotions to discharges. This session will discuss tools that can be employed to help companies and human resource professionals deal with uncertainty and avoid legal risks.
The firm will submit this program for HRCI and SHRM credit.
