Biographical Information: Mason Alexander
Mason G. Alexander is the managing partner of the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. He graduated from the University of the South at Sewanee, Tennessee and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Alexander has practiced labor and employment law exclusively for nearly 30 years, including the areas of union campaigns, sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful discharge, union avoidance and policy reviews. He is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of North Carolina and South Carolina and is certified as a specialist in employment and labor law by the Supreme Court of South Carolina. In addition he is "AV" Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been repeatedly recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers. He has also been listed in Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2008 and in The Best Lawyers in America since 2006.
Biographical Information: Kevin Dalton
Kevin Dalton is a partner in the Charlotte office of Fisher Phillips. In addition to being recognized in North Carolina Super Lawyers, Kevin is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for “Litigation – Labor and Employment,” “Employment Law – Management,” and “Labor Law-Management.” His practice emphasizes counseling clients regarding employment issues and defending clients against claims alleging wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations. Over the course of his twenty years as an attorney, Kevin has also assisted employers in remaining non-union, including responding to unfair labor practice charges. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as a Captain in the Army's JAG Corps at Fort Hood, Texas, where he prosecuted soldiers for violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and defended the Army against claims alleging discrimination and other unlawful employment practices.
Biographical Information: Adam Bridgers
Adam Bridgers brings more than eight years of legal experience at both the state and federal levels to his role where he represents businesses faced with employment-related disputes and claims of unfair competition and trade secrets violations. Previously, Bridgers also served as a summer law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Frank D. Whitney and as a judicial extern to U.S. Magistrate Judge David Keesler. He is qualified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional in United States privacy laws and also serves on the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Bridgers has been recognized among the North Carolina Rising Stars consecutively since 2014.
Biographical Information: Sidney O. Minter
In addition to practicing law for the past six years, Minter is the Co-Chair for the Minorities in the Profession’s 2018 Pre-Law Conference. He serves as the President of the Burlington Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and is also a member of the 2018 Annual Conference Committee of the National Employment Law Council. Minter is a member of Fisher & Phillips’ Diversity & Inclusion Committee and of the National Black Lawyers Top 100—an invitation only professional honorary organization composed of exemplary attorneys. He was named among the “2017 Leaders in the Law” by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and among Business North Carolina’s “2018 Legal Elite in Employment Law.” Minter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He graduated summa cum laude from High Point University with a master’s in Public Administration and graduated cum laude from North Carolina Central University School of Law with his Juris Doctor.
