Fisher Phillips Welcomes Two Associates in Charlotte

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Mary Grace Miller and Sharon Suh have joined the firm as associates in the Charlotte office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Mary Grace was an attorney at a national law firm where she defended clients against business and commercial litigation, and labor and employment claims. She also provided employment counseling and responded to requests from and appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mary Grace also served as Assistant Attorney General for the Virginia Department of Corrections where she defended the agency in suits brought pursuant to the state’s Civil Rights Act. At Fisher Phillips, Mary Grace expands the firm’s employment litigation and advice and counseling capabilities in Charlotte.
Mary Grace earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Richmond School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Dickinson College. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Virginia.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Sharon was an associate at a national law firm where she assisted clients with legal research and composed legal briefs, pleadings, memoranda, and motions in both federal and state courts. As a litigator, she advocates for her clients in the courtroom and provides timely and effective legal advice related to employment matters. At Fisher Phillips, Sharon will continue her employment practice by defending clients against employment litigation and advising them on sound workplace policies to reduce the risk of litigation.
Sharon earned her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and her B.A., cum laude, from Pepperdine University.
