Fisher Phillips Welcomes Sarah Leon in Fort Lauderdale

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Sarah Leon has joined the firm as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Sarah was an Assistant Public Defender in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office where she managed a felony docket of over 90 cases. She previously worked as an associate at a regional law firm, where she focused her practice on representing corporate clients in the areas of labor and employment and complex commercial and business litigation.
At Fisher Phillips, Sarah will continue her work as a litigator defending employers in state and federal court in a wide range of workplace disputes. She will also advise companies on compliance with a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations while counseling them on all other aspects of the employment relationship.
Sarah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy and was Internal Vice President for the Association for Criminal Justice. Before law school, she graduated with a B.S., magna cum laude, from Florida State University.
