Fisher Phillips Welcomes Robert Wasserman in Kansas City

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Robert Wasserman has joined the firm’s Kansas City office.

Rob was most recently at an AmLaw 100 firm where he was a member of the Labor & Employment, General Liability, and Workers’ Compensation Practices. In this capacity he handled cases from intake through all phases of litigation and settlement. And, prior to that, he worked at a regional law firm where he defended clients in personal injury cases and first party insurance matters.  

At Fisher Phillips, Rob will defend companies throughout all aspects of employment litigation while advising and counseling employers on compliance with a wide variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations. 

Rob earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Missouri School of Law where he was a member of Missouri Law Review and was initiated into the Order of the Coif. Upon graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas N. Chapman of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
