Fisher Phillips Welcomes Misha Jamshidi in San Diego

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Misha K. Jamshidi has joined the firm as an associate in the San Diego office.
Misha is a recent graduate admitted to the California Bar in 2021. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, she practiced at a firm in Los Angeles where she gained experience in cases involving wrongful termination as well as California Fair and Housing Act (FEHA) claims. Her experience includes casework involving the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), whistleblower retaliation, sexual harassment, negligent hiring, supervision, and retention, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and leave retaliation. Misha joins Fisher Phillips’ growing California Litigation practice.
Before earning her J.D. from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, Misha clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office Central District of Riverside Branch and was also selected for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association Fellowship where she interned for three different premier plaintiff’s law firms. She earned her B.A. at California State University, Fullerton.
