Fisher Phillips Welcomes Lucy Anderson in Charlotte

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Lucy Anderson has joined the firm as an associate in the Charlotte office.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lucy practiced in the Charlotte office of a large insurance defense firm, where she focused on employment law, complex commercial litigation, personal injury defense, products liability, premises liability, and insurance coverage disputes. At Fisher Phillips, she will defend employers in employment discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and workplace safety-related cases, with an emphasis on devising creative risk management strategies that efficiently achieve positive results. She will leverage her experience conducting pre-suit investigations of workplace accidents and OSHA violations to assist the firm’s Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management practice.

Lucy earned her J.D., cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Appalachian State University. Lucy has been named to the Best Lawyers©: Ones to Watch Insurance Law; Personal Injury Litigation—Defendants since 2021.
