Fisher Phillips Welcomes Frank Martinez in New York

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Frank Martinez has joined the firm as Partner in the New York office. Frank joins from Prada USA, the global luxury retail brand, where he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel for the Americas.

At Prada, Frank helped lead the organization in navigating global legal risk, including overseeing a team that provided in-house advice in the key areas of employment, commercial contracts, litigation, real estate, corporate, retail operations, privacy, immigration, insurance and regulatory compliance. Before joining Prada, he was at LVMH where he built a strong network and credibility within the luxury fashion sector. He previously owned and managed his own law firm, where he had a diverse employment law practice representing both management and employees. His extensive labor and employment experience includes advising clients on compliance, preventative practices, employee relations, handbooks, contracts, executive compensation, discrimination, harassment, disability, non-competition agreements, and other employment-related matters.

At Fisher Phillips, Frank will assist clients with workplace investigations, leaves and accommodations, employee relations, crisis management, international mobility, litigation, employee policies, compensation, and wage and hour practices. He will work with the firm’s established New York team to expand the firm’s Retail industry offerings and provide comprehensive labor and employment solutions tailored to the unique challenges of that sector.

Frank earned his J.D. from Boston University, a Master of Music from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Bachelor of Music degree from Indiana University, Bloomington.
