Amy Kullik Joins as Partner in the Firm’s Cleveland Office

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Amy Kullik has joined the firm as a partner in the Cleveland, Ohio office.
Amy served as the Chair of her previous firm’s Litigation Group with extensive experience in all aspects of public and private sector labor and employment law. She is a first chair trial attorney known for defending employers in a wide variety of employment lawsuits, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination as well as wage and hour collective and class actions.

In addition to providing litigation counsel, Amy will also help employers of all sizes prevent workplace disputes by developing training and compliance programs on topics including interviewing and hiring, performance management, discrimination and harassment, and workplace health and safety. She will also draft employment contracts and policies and will partner with clients to address issues involving employee discipline, accommodations, and leave.
Amy earned her law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Kent State University. She is ranked in Super Lawyers and is a member of the Labor & Employment Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the National and local champers of the Society for Human Resource Management.
