Fisher Phillips Welcomes Emily Warwick to Growing Nashville Office

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Emily Warwick has joined the firm’s growing Nashville office.
Emily joins Fisher Phillips from a litigation firm where she focused her practice on defending commercial and public entities in federal and state employment law disputes involving the ADA, ADEA, THRA, Title VII, FMLA, FLSA and the FELA.
At Fisher Phillips, Emily will continue her work on behalf of employers, representing them throughout all phases of complex federal and state court litigation. She will also advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws while providing counseling on all other aspects of their employment relationships.
Emily is the third attorney to join the firm’s growing Nashville office in recent months with the arrivals of Marie Tedesco Scott and Jennifer Kiesewetter.
Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law where she was Mississippi Cases Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal and received the Robert C. Khayat Award. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama.
