Fisher Phillips Welcomes Eleanor Miller in Washington, DC Metro

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Eleanor Miller has joined the firm as an associate in the Washington, DC Metro office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Eleanor was an attorney for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where she managed a docket of labor and employment litigation matters and defended management in labor arbitrations, at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and at the Merit Systems Protection Board. She also negotiated favorable settlements with the union in connection with national-level labor grievances and advised management on labor and employment law issues including collective bargaining obligations, civil service laws, and compliance with Title VII and the Rehabilitation Act.
At Fisher Phillips, Eleanor will work with the firm’s cross-country employment litigation team to defend clients against a variety of employment claims in state and federal court, in arbitration, and before the EEOC.
Eleanor earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Virginia. While in law school, Eleanor interned for Chief Judge Stephen Dillard of the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia and at the U.S. Department of Education, Office of the General Counsel. She was the Executive Research Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board. While on Moot Court, she was a Quarter Finalist at the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition.
