Fisher Phillips Welcomes David Witkin in Sacramento

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that David Witkin has joined the firm as an associate in the Sacramento office.
For the last several years David practiced at two regional litigation firms where he represented clients in various employment disputes from inception to trial, including class actions, workers’ compensation matters, and wrongful termination.
At Fisher Phillips, David will defend employers throughout all stages of litigation and advise them on compliance with a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations while counseling them on all other aspects of their employment relationship.
David earned his law degree from the University of The Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he had the distinction of being the only student in the school’s history to simultaneously earn a Master of Public Policy. While in law school, he was on the Moot Court Honors Board for three consecutive years and was recognized as “Appellate Advocate of the Year” in 2020. After law school, David served as a judicial clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
Before attending law school, David earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the California State University, Sacramento.
