Fisher Phillips Welcomes Alyssa Levy in Denver

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Alyssa Levy has joined the firm as an associate in the Denver office.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Alyssa practiced at a regional firm where she defended companies in complex employment matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Title VII. She also conducted workplace investigations and defended employers in matters associated with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

At Fisher Phillips, Alyssa will continue representing employers in workplace law disputes and will advise them on compliance with a wide range of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations. She will also provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships, including contracts, leave laws, independent contractor issues, accommodations, and covenants not to compete.

Alyssa earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal. She was recently listed among Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch,” and since 2018 Super Lawyers has recognized Alyssa as a “Rising Star” in the category of Employment Litigation: Defense.
