Fisher Phillips Welcomes Alissa Kranz in Tampa

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Alissa Kranz has joined the firm as Of Counsel in Tampa.
Alissa most recently served as a shareholder and founder at a boutique national employment law firm, where she represented both businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including wage and hour litigation and arbitration, restrictive covenants, franchise disputes, general commercial litigation, and partnership and business owner disputes. She has extensive employment litigation experience that includes class and collective actions, federal and state unpaid wage laws, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. Prior to forming that firm, she clerked with the Honorable Susan C. Bucklew in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
At Fisher Phillips, Alissa will bring her employment litigation experience to bolster the Tampa office and the firm’s growing team of attorneys in Florida. She will represent clients across the state in complex labor and employment disputes, while also providing advice and counseling on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Alissa earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she graduated seventh in her law school class, served as a Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. Prior to attending law school, Alissa earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama, where she was a member of the Varsity Rowing Team.
