Fisher Phillips Welcomes Aaron Wallace in Columbia

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Aaron Wallace has joined the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office.

Aaron was most recently at a regional litigation firm, where he represented companies in a variety of workplace law disputes in federal and state trial, appellate, and administrative courts.  At Fisher Phillips, Aaron will defend employers throughout all phases of litigation including claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. He will also advise them on compliance with a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations while counseling them on all other aspects of the employment relationship.

Aaron earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was treasurer of the Black Law Students Association and participated in the Judicial Observation and Experience program. After law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable DeAndrea G. Benjamin, Circuit Court Judge for the Fifth Judicial Circuit.
