Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, has been recognized in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2023: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. BTI describes the 2023 A-Team as "a savvy group of 241 law firms that were able to deliver on client service expectations.” Fisher Phillips ranked in the top 100 and among the top 10% of all law firms for its commitment to helping clients, delivering value, and understanding clients’ business. This is the firm’s eleventh year on the list and its highest ranking to date. And within the results, Fisher Phillips was also highlighted as one of the 60 law firms with the most improved client service as the firm outpaced others in the race to swim upstream and deliver superior client service despite today's tough economic climate.
The BTI Client Service A-Team 2023 draws on data collected in BTI’s ongoing Annual Survey of General Counsel and is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from more than 350 corporate counsel at some of the world’s largest organizations. According to BTI, firms included in the Client Service A-Team perform better than 70% of all law firms and this year’s report noted that Fisher Phillips excelled at 76% of the key activities that clients identify as essential to delivering superior client service and driving the best professional relationships.
Inclusion on the BTI Client Service A-Team list comes shortly after Fisher Phillips was recognized by BTI Consulting as one of its Most Recommended Law Firms in 2022. For the first time, the firm was ranked as one of 27 law firms in the U.S. that top legal decision-makers "highly recommend" to their peers.
