Danielle Moore, Adam Sloustcher, and Aaron Olsen were named to the San Diego Business Journal’s 2023 Leaders in Law. According to the Business Journal, the awards “honor San Diego’s top lawyers and in-house general counsel attorneys" based on both professional accomplishments and community achievement.

Danielle is praised for her in-depth knowledge of the Labor Code, which assists her in minimizing liability and reducing risks for her clients in a variety of industries facing discrimination claims, wage and hour class action lawsuits, and PAGA claims.

Adam is recognized for leading Fisher Phillips’ Sports team as co-chair and being a go-to source for employers looking for guidance on managing workplace controversies, as well as defending them before governmental, regulatory, and administrative agencies and, when necessary, in litigation.

Aaron is recognized for his ongoing efforts to counsel and defend employers of all sizes on the full spectrum of employment issues, including wage-hour class action, PAGA cases, wrongful termination, misappropriated trade secrets, harassment, and discrimination.
