Join the attorneys of the Fisher Phillips Louisville office for an informative seminar on a variety of employment law topics with a cocktail reception and daytime horseracing to follow. This seminar is appropriate for HR professionals, in-house counsel, business owners, and anyone who handles employee complaints, manages employees or makes decisions impacting the workplace.

- Legal Update – This session will address key federal, Kentucky and Indiana court decisions from the past year that affect employers, with lessons learned and best practices going forward.
- Company Checkup – This session is designed to help you identify potential compliance risks with your current policies and practices – from recruiting, to pay practices, to leaves of absence – before they become critical.
- Scenarios Dealing with Controversial Workplace Topics – Topics to be covered include abortion, guns, domestic violence (Depp and Heard trial), politics, war, and more.
- How to Conduct Effective Workplace Investigations – Interactive session by our attorneys to provide you with best practices to protect your company from legal consequences and reduce business risk going forward.
- Q&A Session – Anything goes! You can submit your questions throughout the day for a panel Q&A before horseracing begins.
