Fisher Phillips' Labor Lawyers Write Guidebook about North Carolina Labor Laws

CHARLOTTE, NC (June 15, 2009)  - Mason Alexander, Kevin Dalton and Mike Honeycutt recently completed work on the North Carolina Employment Law Guidebook. The Guidebook, requested of Fisher Phillips by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, is a follow-up to the SC Guidebook created by the firm's Columbia, SC office.

"This guide is designed to answer the kinds of questions that all employers ask about labor law," explains Alexander, managing partner of Fisher Phillips' Charlotte office. "We believe that it is a very good overview of the way things work," he continued, adding that the guidebook should not take the place of having a conversation with one's company lawyer regarding specific legal questions.

The guidebook is available through the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and was published earlier this year.
