Fisher Phillips’ Irvine Office Welcomes Tuan Nguyen

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce Tuan Nguyen has joined the firm’s Irvine office.

For the last several years Tuan practiced at a national litigation firm, where he represented clients on various litigation matters from inception to trial, including class actions, multi-district litigation, breach of contract, intellectual property, and employment disputes.

At Fisher Phillips, Tuan will defend employers throughout all stages of litigation and advise them on compliance with a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations while counseling them on all other aspects of their employment relationship.

Tuan earned his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as Lead Editor of the San Diego Law Review. Before law school, he graduated with a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
