Fisher Phillips’ Irvine Office Welcomes Michael Saldaña

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Michael Saldaña has joined the firm’s Irvine office.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Michael was a litigator in the Labor & Employment Practice of a large national law firm where he represented employers in various matters, including single and multi-plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and government agency investigations. Prior thereto, Michael spent several years at a regional law firm where he worked as a litigation associate handling a large number of plaintiff-side employment cases.

With his unique background, Michael brings a valuable perspective to Fisher Phillips. He combines his years of defending employers with insights from representing plaintiffs to effectively assist companies in workplace disputes and advise them on compliance with a wide range of federal and state employment laws.

Michael earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University, Michael E. Moritz College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of The Ohio State Technology Law Journal. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside.
