Stephanie Reynolds Joins Firm’s Growing California Litigation Practice

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Stephanie Reynolds has joined the firm’s multi-disciplinary California Litigation Team as a Partner in the firm’s San Diego office.
Stephanie brings more than two decades of experience representing employers in complex employment litigation in state and federal courts across California. She joins from a regional law firm where she represented clients in matters involving wrongful termination, harassment, employment discrimination, retaliation, misclassification, equal pay, and wage and hour claims. During her tenure, she obtained multi-million-dollar settlements on behalf of clients and routinely defended employers of all sizes in employment matters across the state. In addition to continuing her litigation practice at Fisher Phillips, Stephanie will also work with the firm’s Sports industry team leveraging her comprehensive background in defending professional, college, and amateur athletic clubs in litigation. She will also counsel employers on compliance with state and federal laws, personnel policies, protection of proprietary information, and provide workplace training, and conduct workplace investigations in order to minimize liability.

In addition to her litigation practice, Stephanie is active in the San Diego community. She is a member of the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego, the California Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Sports Lawyers Association. Stephanie is a volunteer/mentor at the University of San Diego School of Law’s employment clinic.
Fisher Phillips’ California Litigation Team has been in growth mode over the past five years and includes over 120 litigators in six offices across the state helping local, national, and global employers navigate California’s complex employment laws. Stephanie joins on the heels of William "Bill" Stein in Los Angeles. Collectively, the team has decades of experience defending single-plaintiff lawsuits and class action cases brought under both federal law and unique state-specific claims including California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act and Private Attorney General Act. The team has a zest for victory and an unmatched work ethic that consistently produces winning trial results for clients across the state. Stephanie earned her J.D. from Western New England College School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Colorado Boulder. She received advanced training for mediators at the internationally recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
