Hunter Murray Joins Firm as an Associate

Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Hunter Murray has joined the firm as an associate. He will reside in Charlotte and support the firm’s Charlotte and Louisville offices.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Hunter was at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals where he worked as a Judicial Law Clerk. He was responsible for drafting bench memorandums, preparing trial scripts, and conducting and synthesizing legal research. Hunter also previously served as an environmental, health and safety graduate assistant at West Virginia University’s Health Science Center, an Environment, Health and Safety professional at Mylan, and a Plant Health & Safety Coordinator at Goodyear Tire Company. In addition to his health and safety experience, Hunter is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), an accreditation earned through a comprehensive training program for safety practitioners.
At Fisher Phillips, Hunter will leverage his health and safety background to work with the firm’s bi-coastal Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management Practice Group. He will assist clients with developing and maintaining effective workplace safety and health management programs, and when needed, guide clients through OSHA investigations and negotiations.
Hunter earned his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law and his B.S. from Fairmount State University. He also received his Master of Science in Safety Management from West Virginia University.
