Fisher Phillips Continues Explosive Growth in New Jersey with Olivia Italiano

Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Olivia Italiano has joined the firm as an associate in the rapidly growing New Jersey office. Olivia is the tenth attorney to join the New Jersey office in the last twelve months.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Olivia was a labor and employment associate at a regional law firm, where she represented employers of varying sizes and industries, including financial services and global corporations against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, and whistleblowing. She regularly works with corporate counsel and HR executives on workplace-related decisions and best practices for hiring, firing, discipline, and accommodations, as well as creating handbooks and conducting investigations.
At Fisher Phillips, Olivia will continue representing employers in workplace law disputes and will also provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Olivia earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener School of Law and her B.S. from The University of Miami. During law school, Olivia served as Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society and senior staff member of the Journal of Law, Economics and Race, as well as an executive board member of the Women’s Law Caucus, and interned for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, and the Chester County District Attorney’s office.
