Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Christopher Caravello has joined the firm as an associate in the Denver office.
Before joining Fisher Phillips, Chris was at a global immigration firm where he focused on corporate immigration matters with an emphasis on work-related visas and assessing eligibility and implementing case strategy for immigrant and nonimmigrant applications and petitions. Prior to that, Chris was an associate at a Massachusetts immigration firm where he prepared and filed H-1B, E-3, and TN visa applications petitions, responded to requests for evidence, and counseled employers on best practices related to immigration requirements.
At Fisher Phillips, Chris will be part of the firm’s Immigration Practice Group focused on helping employers clear immigration hurdles so they can innovate and compete on a truly global scale. He will advise businesses of all sizes on a variety of employment-related immigration matters, and he will also counsel them on other aspects of their employment relationships and compliance with a variety of federal and state employment laws and agency regulations.
Chris earned his law degree from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, and while in law school he served as a law clerk in the Utah Attorney General’s Office, Tax Division.
