Fisher Phillips Bolsters National Labor Relations Practice With Phoenix Partner

PHOENIX (March 5, 2020) – Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Kerry S. Martin as a partner in the firm’s Phoenix office.
With nearly two decades of experience, Kerry represents employers in all aspects of traditional labor relations. His clients include employers with regional, national, and international operations in industries including transportation and trucking, manufacturing and construction, and hospitality. Kerry takes a holistic approach to managing labor relations in the workplace working with clients on everything from union avoidance advice and counseling to defending management in Unfair Labor Practice proceedings, and representation and decertification proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. When avoidance isn’t possible, he regularly represents management in collective bargaining and other negotiations with unions. Kerry also provides trainings to employers on all aspects of the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other state and federal laws that impact the workplace.

Kerry is a member of the Arizona Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law (2001) and his B.A. from Purdue University (1998).
