Fisher Phillips Announces John Polson as its New Chair

Fisher Phillips’ makes a historic move with the election of California-based partner, John Polson, as its new Chair effective today. With Polson being based in Irvine, this marks the first time in the firm’s 80-year history that the Chair will be based on the West Coast and is a continued strategy to spread the firm’s leadership across the country to best serve its growing national client base. Roger Quillen will remain on the firm’s Management Committee as Chair Emeritus over the next two years to ensure a seamless leadership transition.

John Polson is a formidable presence in the PEO and staffing sector and has built a highly successful practice at the firm over his tenure. He has also served on the Management Committee for the past eight years and has co-managed the Irvine office through substantial growth in southern California.
