Fisher Phillips Adds Two Associates in Charlotte as Office Continues Growth

Fisher Phillips, an international law firm representing employers, is pleased to announce that Lawrence Hilton and Rebecca Mitchell have joined the firm as associates in the Charlotte office. They join a rapidly growing office that is now home to nearly 20 attorneys who help corporate counsel navigate employment issues across the state.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Lawrence Hilton served as assistant attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Southern District of Indiana, and was an adjunct professor at Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. At Fisher Phillips, he will represent employers in workplace law disputes and provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships. Lawrence earned his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. During law school, he was awarded champion of many Moot Court competitions, including the Bettman Moot Court competition, the W. Jack Grosse Moot Court Competition, and Robert F. Wagner Labor & Employment Moot Court Competition. Before law school, Lawrence earned his B.A. from Furman University and his M.S. from Miami University.
Rebecca Mitchell expands Fisher Phillips’ employment litigation team in North Carolina. With experience as an associate at an international labor and employment law firm, she will represent employers in workplace law disputes and provide companies with counseling and advice on all aspects of their employment relationships. Rebecca earned her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, she served as the symposium editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law. Before law school, Rebecca earned her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
